Zachary Vella is the founder of The Vella Group and a business strategist with over 25 years of expertise in commercial real estate development and private equity. Throughout his career, Zach has led large-scale development projects for partners such as SpaceX, Ring, and Tesla, and structured private equity investments in real estate, consumer packaged goods, and technology.

Zach’s leadership of complex, large-scale, and technologically advanced projects has yielded multi-billion-dollar returns and driven significant technological and infrastructure advancements. Notable projects include major placemaking transformations of New York City’s Tribeca and Bowery neighborhoods and the revitalization of the Los Angeles Arts District and Miami’s Little Haiti.

With a keen understanding of emerging market dynamics and strategic partnerships, Zach consistently identifies high-potential opportunities and delivers exceptional returns across a diverse range of sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Boston University.
