The Pulse machine shops can make any custom design, simple or complex. We offer rapid prototyping, small batch machining, as well as high-volume production.

Our fast CNC machining capabilities include services for metals and plastics and flexible production and shipping options to meet you at the perfect price and product development stage. 

Pulse assures the quality of your machined parts with our ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, NQA-1, and AS9100D certified quality management system, ITAR registration, and options to add inspections, hardware traceability, material certifications, and CoCs. We accept technical drawings and have support teams to ensure you get quality CNC machined parts on time.  

We offer full service support for models in AutoCAD, Solidworks, as well as static and dynamic simulation services for electromechanical, high frequency RF, electric and magnet simulations in ANSYS Maxwell and HFSS, as well as static loading, dynamics, liquid and gas cooling, heat transfer, and thermal studies with ANSYS Mechanical.

We have in house a large array of full CNC machines able to manufacture large and small parts with the highest precision.  Part dimensions in excess of 12 feet are possible.  We have full 4 axis Vertical Machining capabilities, CNC Lathe operations with multi-axis live tooling, as well as custom tool and die manufacturing capabilities.  Precision parts to 0.000050″ are possible with surface finishes better than 100 nm.

Ultraprecision Machining

We are capable of machining ultra precise parts with the highest of tolerances. Four axis work with fifty millionths tolerance are possible.  Tooling is selected or created with our state of the art systems to produce the best surface finishes around.  Diamond, high performance ceramics, and other high performance tooling ensure a perfect part every time.

In process metrology allows for rapid, precise adjustments to materials in real time while machining.

Ultraprecision lathe operations is how we started.  From turning accelerator cavities in copper and superconducting alloys, we have grown our ultraprecision lathe systems to optics, and components used in the aerospace industry.

Being a UL Certified panel shop calls for being able to create custom panels and enclosures supporting our dynamic needs.  We have a full service panel fabrication capability in house to meet your needs.

Sheet Metal Work

Welding operations from custom structural, vacuum, and coolant systems can be welded in house. High temperature refractory materials can be welded with our vacuum electron beam capabilities.  Brazing of dissimilar metals for vacuum, electron, and aerospace applications is possible.
