Frank Rillo is a seasoned security expert and former U.S. Marine with over two decades of experience spanning military intelligence, high-risk operations, fraud investigations, and corporate security management. With a career forged in combat zones and refined in the corporate world, Frank has led intelligence teams supporting special operations in Afghanistan, conducted multi-layered security assessments for private industry, and managed digital fraud investigations at a Fortune 100 bank.

His technical proficiency includes intelligence collection management, surveillance operations, counter-fraud protocols, and advanced security planning for personnel and facilities. Over the course of Frank’s career, his leadership has directly contributed to the success of more than 300 combat missions leading to the successful disruption of countless narcotics and explosives networks, and the implementation of innovative security protocols in the private sector.

Currently pursuing his MBA, Frank continues to blend strategic insight with hands-on experience to deliver results in complex, high-stakes environments.

At Pulse Industries, Frank will lead security operations with a proactive, intelligence-driven approach that integrates physical, digital, and procedural safeguards to protect personnel, assets, and proprietary technologies. By leveraging risk assessments, real-time surveillance, and threat modeling, he will design and implement layered security protocols tailored to Pulse’s high-tech environment. His focus will include developing innovative counter-measures to deter theft, prevent property damage, and ensure operational continuity – such as integrating sensor-based monitoring, securing high-value production zones, and conducting regular drills to maintain staff readiness. Through collaboration with engineering and operations teams, he will ensure that security enhances our ability to lead in industrial innovation.
